The apartment is a top floor duplex  with sea view  and some of the mountains.

 It has 3 bedrooms 3 balconies two totally private , 3 shower rooms;  one bed having an extra large kingsize bed ;one bed room having two single beds . There are two sun loungers on the top balcony as well as on the main balcony .

There is jacuzzi on the main balcony

 The apartment is intended for six occupants

 Please note  is a no smoking apartment including the balconies .

 It has 3d tv and blue ray  dvd the tv will accept sticks for films should they wish to take there own.

There are now good shops 2 min down the road  for most foods and two restaurants .

 All rooms have air con

 There is a cupbards on the landing with additional towels etc this locked with a coded pad lock .Towels are not surplied for the pool or beach use.

 Water bottle is replaced at pool bar so no need to buy at markets. there may be a small shop open now at the complex

It is a top floor duplex penthouse therefore no-one above you to make a noise.  All 3 balconies have total privacy and you can relax in the Jacuzzi with a nice glass of wine watching a beautiful sunset go down in the evening, make sure you have your camera ready what a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

 

The apartment is spacious,  well furnished for our own personal use , therefore very relaxing even 3D television, all you have to do is bring your glasses. 

 

There is one bedroom on the ground floor with the bathroom adjacent this is disability friendly, it also gives access to the main balcony.

 

All three bedrooms have dimmer lights in the ceilings

 

The kitchen has been extended across the full length of the room to give more cupboard and working space, and the washing machine moved upstairs to a utility area on the landing.

 

The apartment is situated near the end of the building closest to the pool bar.

 

VIEWS FROM APARTMENT:

 

Views are over the town of Kumkoy and out to sea, you can see the para gliders, and jet skiers.  Also right the way round the bay then across to the mountains in the distance.

 

 

Please read carefully the following important information. 

For  years we have looked after owners second homes in the resort and are totally flexible on both the length of stay and dates booked; plus you can reserve the home without any payment  for up to 2 weeks to give you time to sort out flights, confirm our respectability ,etc.

For your protection all payments are lodged in a secure Client Account at the RBS bank, until the holiday is over.  This is most important as it protects you against unforeseen problems such as flight cancellations. 

With many homes in the portfolio in Side  our infrastructure  means you are in safe hands from the moment you reserve a home until returning from holiday. Also we are impartial and have a responsibility  to ensure guests choose the right home for a wonderful holiday. We  have an excellent relationships in popular bars, restaurants, etc, so that  guests are well received. Our  dedicated local manager(s) are on hand to show you around the home and give support/advice.
