This stunning 5 star apartment offers everything you desire to make the perfect holiday.
Babylon has been furnished (for our own personal use) to the highest standards with a spacious open plan lounge and fully fitted kitchen. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.
The two upper bedrooms have patio doors onto a full length balcony. There is a Jacuzzi on the main balcony downstairs. The home has been fully furnished, with lots of little extras and its position in the community is ideal to maximize guests holiday enjoyment. The duplex apartment is fully fitted with air conditioning/heating, washing machine, , and fridge/freezer and is intended for six occupants.
The Babylon resort has a lot of onsite facilities like the 40 meter outdoor pool with restaurant and bar, a separate children’s pool and playground, a small shop, an indoor swimming pool (during winter) with sauna and steam room.

It also offers a lot of entertainment like the free to use tennis court, games room (table tennis, pool table, darts and table football) and the well equipped gym.
Other features include parking spaces, 24h security and bicycle storage.

Babylon is just 600 meters away from the lovely golden beaches, in a peaceful setting just 5 minutes away from bars, shops, restaurants and the beach.

Please read carefully the following important information. 

For  years we have looked after owners second homes in the resort and are totally flexible on both the length of stay and dates booked; plus you can reserve the home without any payment  for up to 2 weeks to give you time to sort out flights, confirm our respectability ,etc.

For your protection all payments are lodged in a secure Client Account at the RBS bank, until the holiday is over.  This is most important as it protects you against unforeseen problems such as flight cancellations. 

With many homes in the portfolio in Side  our infrastructure  means you are in safe hands from the moment you reserve a home until returning from holiday. Also we are impartial and have a responsibility  to ensure guests choose the right home for a wonderful holiday. We  have an excellent relationships in popular bars, restaurants, etc, so that  guests are well received. Our  dedicated local manager(s) are on hand to show you around the home and give support/advice.

    Babylon 46 rates reflect the homes outstanding overall benefits and advantages. Taking overall holiday costs into account this home remains exceptional value. NOTE: Christmas and |New year weeks are £545 a week

    It is not necessary to rent a car and we can arrange Airport Transfers with a licensed private hire taxi company. The door to door transfer time is about 50 minutes. Cars can be hired in resort through our local manager on a daily basis from around £25 a day. Parking is available at no charge.

    Many airlines now fly to ANTALYA , some all year round so please feel free to ask our advise or we can do a quick search for the best rates.
