The Four Seasons is a luxury apartment complex set on the edge of a small village named Ilicia. Our particular apartment boasts magnificent unobstructed views of the Taurus Mountains from its patio and windows. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside the development is only 5 minutes from the resort of Kumkoy with its lively restaurants, entertainment and excellent beach and just 10 minutes drive to the seaside resort of Side with its Roman Ruins including an Amphitheatre, numerous shops, lovely restaurants and sandy beaches with water sports. There is also a Water park at Colakli for an inexpensive day out for families.

 

Four Seasons really is a place to unwind in natural surroundings while enjoying fantastic leisure facilities and amenities. As the apartments are all privately owned the complex will never be too crowded even in the high season ensuring that you have a peaceful holiday. The free courtesy bus on site runs on a schedule to the beach at Kumkoy and the town of Side and also to a large supermarket.

 

The complex has 24 hour security, car parking, 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool and Jacuzzi for winter months, a tennis court, and fully equipped gymnasium with table tennis, sauna and children's play area. The complex provides a great restaurant with fantastic views of mountains, offering freshly cooked food open all day and evenings, barbecues once or twice a week in high season, and outdoor film shows in high season.

 

We chose this particular apartment mainly because of the impressive views from all windows and balconies looking out over the valley below and the impressive Taurus Mountains.

 

Our luxury holiday apartment has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to six people. The main bedroom benefiting from a king size bed, a balcony with fantastic views, (you can actually look out at the mountains whilst lying in bed), a lovely en-suite bathroom, dressing table and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a small balcony with pleasant views over the smaller swimming pool and the tennis courts below, this bedroom also has a built in double wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, a large dressing table and a window which looks out towards the mountains.

 

There is also a spacious family shower room with wash basin and toilet.

 

Our lounge/dining area is open plan, sunny and spacious with patio doors opening out to a balcony with contemporary rattier table and chairs and offering the most stunning panoramic views for your alfresco dining. The lounge itself has seating and dining table and chairs for 6 people, satellite flat screen TV with play station and DVD player.

 

The kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops, a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob and all the necessities that you would need for preparing a meal.

 

Tennis rackets are provided in the apartment for guests to use on the tennis court below. Deck chairs and parasols are provided around the pool areas for guests.This superb first floor home is in a prime position within this secure gated community.

On site security makes it a safe and secure community in a slightly elevated location some 10 minutes walk from the main street in SIDE.

The local manager  lives just one hundred metres from the home and also has a shop/supermarket and restaurant  where he lives...The restaurant is fantastic value.

In addition to the free shuttles on site day and night to take you anywhere our manager offers guests further free shuttle services.

Please read carefully the following important information. 

For  years we have looked after owners second homes in the resort and are totally flexible on both the length of stay and dates booked; plus you can reserve the home without any payment  for up to 2 weeks to give you time to sort out flights, confirm our respectability ,etc.

For your protection all payments are lodged in a secure Client Account at the RBS bank, until the holiday is over.  This is most important as it protects you against unforeseen problems such as flight cancellations. 

With many homes in the portfolio in Side  our infrastructure  means you are in safe hands from the moment you reserve a home until returning from holiday. Also we are impartial and have a responsibility  to ensure guests choose the right home for a wonderful holiday. We  have an excellent relationships in popular bars, restaurants, etc, so that  guests are well received. Our  dedicated local manager(s) are on hand to show you around the home and give support/advice.
